«Silver Tourism, Wellbeing and the Mediterranean Diet – New Ways to Produce Agricultural Products»
Within the context of the Interreg VA Greece Italy 2014 – 2020 project “Promoting Silver tourism through valorization of MED-diet and wellbeing routes in the CBC area – Silver Wellbeing” (www.silver-wellbeing.eu), INNOPOLIS – Center for Innovation and Culture organized the 1st Round table discussion entitled “Silver Tourism, Wellbeing and Mediterranean Diet – New Ways to Produce Agricultural Products ” on November 8, 2019 at the Conference Center of the Chamber of Thesprotia, in Igoumenitsa.
The purpose of the event was to raise awareness, and promote the central idea of the project, increase the mobilization of the related stakeholders, as well as enhance the exchange of important views among producers of olive oil, wine and cereals, travel agents, health professionals, etc. on issues related to silver tourism, adoption of the Mediterranean diet and wellbeing experiences.
